Tom Mortimer ran in a quality 1500m A race at Lee Valley in London last night finishing 6th out of 8 runners. British Miler Club 1k Time Trial

Over the bank holiday weekend 7 junior club members completed in the British milers club 1k time trials and uploaded there results online. Bannister Virtual Mile Time Trial

7 girls from our training groups entered the Banister virtual 1 Mile time trial to celebrate arguably the greatest sporting achievement of all time, the 66th anniversary of Roger Bannister breaking the 4 minute mile on May 6th 1954 at the Oxford University track.
