EA Guidance for Athletes and Coaches updated 15 May

The good news is that 1-2-1 sessions are now permitted provided that Social Distancing is maintained and appropriate measures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Archway School remains unavailable to us as a training venue but we are lucky enough to have plenty of wide open spaces around to meet in pairs and run. SADAC Virtual 5K Challenge

Here is the Virtual 5K Challenge that Alan Pitt and Jason Barry have created for all Club members to enjoy. The idea is that you race or just run a 5K (3.11 miles), observing official guidelines, and then submit your Garmin or Strava activity to register your time. Coronavirus update – changes from 13 May

The Prime Minister has announced changes to the guidelines. All Athletics Competitions suspended until 30 June.

England Athletics has updated its advice regarding competitions, which are all suspended until 30 June. Our Race committee will be meeting next week to decide on how we will respond as this impacts both The Beer Race and the Frampton 10k at present. More information to follow.
