Membership Renewal

We have reopened club membership but training is still restricted. You can read more about the available sessions here and you can sign up for membership below.

Stroud & District AC has an online membership system provided by a company called LoveAdmin. This system streamlines our membership processes and allows our committee to focus on adding value to the club rather than extra administration. It also helps us with Club management and to comply with Data Protection law.

CURRENT MEMBERS – As a member of the club you will be invited to renew your membership at the beginning of March each year for the following season. Membership is due by April 1st.

LAPSED MEMBERS – If you have let your membership lapse and would like to re-join the club please contact our membership secretary (CLICK HERE) who can arrange for your membership to be renewed.

You can also access the system through the LoveAdmin mobile app that is
available from both the Apple and Google stores.

There is a membership App available on IOS and Android – it is called
Loveadmin and you can log in using your membership username and password. You
are then able to manage your details and pay membership and options through the
app.

The first time you go to login to the system you MUST set a password.

 

You can do this by clicking on the “First time logging in” link:

Once you have done this you will be able to log in.

Membership Details

When you log in you will be presented with your membership page and a prompt to complete any mandatory information that we currently do not hold.

The membership system uses “forms” to show you the type (s) of membership you have.

In this example the member has Adult membership and UKA membership.

The data in each form is the same and you only need to update one of the forms to update your personal data.

You can see what payments are outstanding on the “Payments” tab and sign up for any optional extras that are available.

If you are a UKA member then can update your details with UKA using the My Atheltics Portal accessible through this link.
