Membership system FAQ’s

1) Log in

The first time you go to login to the system you MUST set a password.

You can do this by clicking on the “First time logging in” link:


Once you have done this you will be able to log in.

If you have any issues logging in, please follow the instructions on the screen before contacting us.

2) Membership Details

When you log in you will be presented with your membership page and a prompt to complete any mandatory information that we currently do not hold.

The membership system uses “forms” to show you the type (s) of membership you have.


In this example the member has Adult membership and UKA membership.

The data in each form is the same and you only need to update one of the forms to update your personal data.

3) Payments and adding optional extras (Tri section and UKA)

You can see what payments are outstanding on the “Payments” tab and sign up for any optional extras that are available.

4) Updating UKA information

If you are a UKA member then can update your details with UKA using the My Atheltics Portal accessible through this link.
