New Beginners Course for Runners

There is a new beginners course starting 10th October if you are interested or know anyone who is then please do get in touch!

We are planning to run 3 courses per year : February, June and October, so if there is high interest any reserves can be added to following courses.

This will consist of 6 weeks beginners and 10 weeks improvers before being moved on to the next group.
