Race Map / Start and Finish – Click here or go through the wesbite
Parking: Parking will be clearly signed and is on the right hand side of Horsemarling Road. Please use the car park.
Race Numbers: These will be available for collection from 9am. Please complete the emergency contact information on the reverse side of your number before starting the race. There is no bag storage provided by the Club but the car park is only a short walk from the start / finish area.
Toilets: There will be at the start area and at the finish area. Please use the toilet facilities provided – after last year’s race we had complaints from local residents about runners using hedges and bushes to go to the toilet. If this behaviour continues it may put the race at risk.
Race Conditions / Water Stations: Race day is forecasted to breezy with possible showers so please dress appropriately. There are 2 water stations on the course and water and one at the finish area. You can review guidance on running in different weather conditions here.
Prizes: Prizes must be collected on the day and Team prizes will be based on the 1st 3 runners who finish who are registered under a club name in the entry system.
Headphones: Please be aware that some of the race is held on open roads and in line with UKA guidance no headphones will be allowed so that you can hear traffic and marshals instructions. This includes bone conducting headphones – our Race Director does not want any headphones worn as it creates difficulties for Marshals to manage this rule.
Race Transfers: These are now closed, and no runner should attempt to run under someone else’s name. We will disqualify any runners who competes under another runner’s name and they may get a ban from future races.
As the race is sold out there will be no entries available on the day.
