Adult Training
Training groups are organised by ability to ensure that all groups are adequately catered for.
Details of the training can be found below and you can sign up to attend any session in the club app.
Our Training groups are set up based on approximate 10k race times.
If you are unsure of your ability, either contact us for advice or sign up for a group and see how you get on.
Junior Training
Once a Junior has been accepted into the club from the waiting list then you will be able to sign up to the relevant training group as directed by the Junior coaching team.
